Founder & Chairwoman of Shepherd’s Walk
Cynthia Wilson brings over three decades of multifaceted experience in the telecommunications industry to her role as the Chairwoman of Shepherd's Walk Foundation. After graduating college, she honed her skills at Southland Systems, quickly moving up the ranks to assistant marketing director. Her career then took off as she held critical positions at major US carriers, including Sprint, MCI, and Telecom*USA, where she oversaw key product management, marketing, and corporate operations functions. She then founded Telwares, where her innovative and strategic leadership transformed the company into one of the most respected firms in telecom procurement, culminating in its acquisition by JP Morgan Chase in 2004.
In 2005, Cynthia founded Shepherd's Walk Foundation, driven by her vision to support highly impactful organizations that bring justice, fair treatment, holistic care, and empowerment to communities in need of support. Her leadership has propelled the foundation to be able to grow its impact year after year.
Cynthia’s extensive expertise in marketing, human resources, sales, and corporate operations, combined with her steadfast commitment to making a difference, bolsters her unwavering dedication to the causes Shepherd's Walk Foundation supports.
