Empowering researchers and supporting families for a brighter future.

Who We Are

Shepherd’s Walk Foundation is a private, secular, and non-operating family foundation based in Georgia with decades of experience supporting a wide variety of impactful charitable organizations.

Shepherd’s Walk does not engage in its own fundraising or host its own events but instead directs all those interested in our work to donate to some of the amazing organizations that we are so happy to support.

Who We Support

We are proud to have supported hundreds of worthy causes and organizations in our thirty years of work.

Our longest partnership is with the Alzheimer’s Association, a leader in the fight against this challenging disease and a major supporter of the research that we hope will one day cure Alzheimer’s.

Our newest recipient is CURE, an organization dedicated to curing childhood cancer who provides amazing personal support and community building events for the families dealing with childhood cancer.

Building Communities

Our greatest hope at Shepherd’s Walk is we are able to continue to seek out and support charitable organizations that are able to make a lasting impact on the world both through scientific advancement and by bringing people together into deep community.

“CURE helps families believe in a cure. We have experienced this amazing support firsthand. Thank you CURE!”

— Cynthia Wilson, Chairwoman of Shepherd’s Walk

Beware of Fraud

A growing challenge faced by many nonprofits is anonymous online scammers impersonating nonprofit staff to steal money from well-meaning individuals and organizations in the name of the public good. Just as many other nonprofits, we have observed scammers claiming to be representatives of Shepherd’s Walk (or Shepard’s Walk) who fraudulently request donations or contributions. Please be aware that Shepherd’s Walk does not host any public fundraising events of its own and cannot accept donations. If you have been invited to sponsor a Shepherd’s Walk event or contacted by someone claiming to be on our staff asking for contributions, then you may be the target of a scam. Please contact us at contact@shepherdswalk.org to confirm you are authentically speaking with our organization before sending any payments.
